Mark your calendars now and make sure to see the APA Theater Department's second stage production of the 11th Annual One-Act Play Festival. 01/30/08 - STORY THEATER - FEB 4 & 5
APA's Theater Dept. will be presenting "Story Theater" at First Christian Church Huntington Beach (just a block south of HBHS, at Main & Adams). The show is a fun & family friendly collection of old fables presented in a light comedy fashion. Come out and support our young thespians!

01/30/08 - JOHN LENNON EDUCATIONAL TOUR BUS VISITS APA. Casual free performance Thursday Night Feb 1st at 6:30.
CRAD is honored this week by a coveted visit from the word-famous John Lennon Educational Tour Bus, a state-of-the-art music & video production studio on wheels. Today APA students will be recording original music in the bus, and Thursday Feb 1st at 6:30pm there will be a free concert/rehearsal and round table discussion in front of the bus outside of the P6 CRAD classroom at HBHS featuring songs from the upcoming Rubber Soul / Pet Sounds show, original compositions, and Alumni performances. 01/08/08 - PLOTKIN MEMORIAL FOUNDATION PRESENTATION starring SURF CITY SINGERS - FREE TICKETS AVAILABLE
On Sunday, January 27th, the Peter and Masha Plotkin Memorial Foundation will present scholarships to four APA Seniors that will be pursuing careers in the Performing Arts. In addition, the Surf City Singers will be performing at this event funded by the Plokin Foundation as they raise money for musical theater students.

11/02/07 - Bette & Boo VENUE INFO!
As you probably know, the HBHS Theater is still being refurbished and APA's mainstage shows are being presented in alternative venues. The Marriage of Bette & Boo is being staged 10 minutes up PCH from HBHS in SEAL BEACH at the McGAUGH ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AUDITORIUM. Click HERE to see a map.
