08/28/10 - Community Campaign Walk for the Arts

The Community Campaign Walk for the Arts is coming soon on September 24th and every student must do their part! 

Students should have received a Community Campaign Packet with instructions on collecting community donations and names for potential corporate sponsors. If not, please download the materials via the links below. You may pick up a packet at the APA office. The future of the Huntington Beach Academy for the Performing Arts rests upon the successful completion of this fund-raising drive.  If you have any questions, please call the APA office at (714) 536-2514.

You will need these documents:

• CCIntroLetter--Letter of introduction to potential donor.
• CCDescription--Description of the Huntington Beach Academy for the Performing Arts Foundation and reason for the Community Campaign
• CCStudentPlanner--planning and instructional advice on getting donations and sponsorship
• CCDonorReceipt--each donation needs to be recorded onto receipts--one for the donor and one to be handed in to the Foundation with the donation
